一种有效的汉语国际传播,需要考虑到传播国和接纳国双方面的条件和因素,即源自传播国的推力因素和对象国内部生成的拉力因素,以及二者之间的关系。只有搞清楚汉语国际传播过程中究竟哪些推力因素和拉力因素在发挥作用,从而优化推拉因素的关系,寻找推拉因素的平衡点,才能使汉语的国际传播呈现出推拉结合,有节奏、分阶段、逐步推进的态势,并由目前汉语国际传播的主场域——各类教育机构,向对象国日常社会、文化、经济、政治生活场域扩散,实现汉语对外深度传播的目标。
