以沥青作为添加剂,开展了一次烧结成型制备碳氧钛可溶阳极探索试验,研究该种可溶阳极在NaCl-KCl-TiCl_x熔盐体系中的电化学溶解行为。结果表明:在较优的工艺条件下,制备的一次烧结成型可溶阳极密度为1.3~1.4 g/cm~3,摔落强度符合电解要求;一次烧结成型可溶阳极在低价钛(NaCl-KCl-TiCl_x)熔盐体系中能实现稳定电化学溶解。
With asphalt as additive, a sintering test was conducted to prepare a titanyl titanate-soluble anode. The electrochemical dissolution behavior of this kind of anode in NaCl-KCl-TiCl_x molten salt system was studied. The results showed that under the optimum conditions, the density of the first sintered anode was 1.3 ~ 1.4 g / cm ~ 3, and the drop strength met the requirement of electrolysis. The primary anode of the sol- KCl-TiCl_x) molten salt system to achieve stable electrochemical dissolution.
