写先进人物不能仅仅写出先进事迹就算了,还要通过先进事迹来写出先进思想,传播这种先进思想,这是提高稿件质量的关键。 196(?)年8月,我在太原钢铁厂(以下简称太钢)蹲点的时候,写了一篇题为《师徒炉》的通讯。这篇稿件的写作过程对我是很有教育意义的。当时太钢职工正在热火朝天地开展班组竞赛。在太钢第二炼钢厂到处传颂着七号炉同十一号炉的竞赛事迹。七号炉的工人都是年轻小伙子,几个月前还在十一号炉前当助手、徒工。1960年4月间分炉以后,七号炉的小伙子在操作上遇到困难,还要回到“娘家”请教;十一号炉的老师傅们对七号炉也格外关心,经常到七号炉前进行指导。两炉的关系被称为“师徒
