在 30℃、不同的空气相对湿度 (6 0 % ,70 % ,80 % ,90 % ,10 0 % )条件下 ,比较华东葡萄和里扎马特的水势、气孔开度、蒸腾速率、电导率、脯氨酸、SOD、POD、MDA的变化。结果表明 :随着湿度的增加 ,华东葡萄和里扎马特的水势增加 ,电导率、蒸腾速率、MDA、POD下降 ,SOD、脯氨酸则先降后升 ,气孔开度反应复杂 ,但总的数值变幅小。里扎马特在相对湿度 70 %~ 80 % ,华东葡萄在相对湿度 80 %~ 90 %时 ,SOD、脯氨酸均为最低值 ,可以初步认为是它们的最适生长湿度
