本文利用化学气相沉积法制备ZnO纳米材料,通过只改变管式炉内的反应温度制备了不同维度的纤锌矿结构的ZnO纳米材料,包括零维的ZnO纳米球壳,一维的ZnO纳米线和二维的ZnO纳米片.利用多种透射电子显微学手段对不同维度的ZnO纳米结构进行了深入表征,并对得到的ZnO纳米材料进行PL和XPS测试,最后基于纳米材料的尺寸效应与V-S生长机制成功解释ZnO纳米材料的生长机理.
