300M超高强度钢内螺纹冷挤压成形是一项新型的抗疲劳制造技术。论文介绍了工艺系统的基本组成,对工件底孔尺寸的设计、刀具设计以及挤压速度和冷却液的选择等关键技术进行了系统研究。通过实验研究发现,冷挤压成形的内螺纹的平均疲劳寿命比传统的切削螺纹提高17倍。
300M ultra-high strength steel cold extrusion is a new type of anti-fatigue manufacturing technology. The paper introduces the basic composition of the process system, and researches the design of the bottom hole size of the workpiece, the design of the tool, the selection of the extrusion speed and the coolant, and other key technologies. The experimental study found that the average fatigue life of cold-formed internal thread is 17 times higher than that of traditional thread.
