目的 淋巴细胞是霍奇金病组织的主要细胞成分 ,长期以来一直认为它们是反应性的 .我们测定它们的增生活性并与反应性增生淋巴结相对比 ,以便认识上述淋巴细胞的增生性质 .方法 应用 Ki6 7标记指数法测定了 13例霍奇金病及 10例反应性增生淋巴结新鲜标本的增生活性 .结果 9例混合细胞型霍奇金病的 Ki6 7平均标记指数为 8.4% ,3例结节硬化型为 4.5 % ,反应性增生淋巴结为 3.4% .统计学分析表明 ,前两者的 Ki6 7标记指数与后者相比 ,均有非常显著的差异 (分别为 χ1 2 =2 15 .9,P<0 .0 0 1及 χ2 2 =6 .92 ,P<0 .0 1) ,且混合细胞型显著高于结节硬化型 (χ32 =49.8,P<0 .0 0 1) .结论 霍奇金病病变组织尤其是混合细胞型中的淋巴细胞Ki6 7标记指数显著升高 ,表明它们可能不是反应性淋巴细胞
The target lymphocytes are the main cellular components of Hodgkin’s disease tissues and have long been considered to be reactive. We measured their proliferative activity and compared them with reactive proliferating lymph nodes in order to understand the above mentioned lymphocyte proliferation properties. Method of Application Ki67 labeling index method was used to determine the proliferative activity of 13 cases of Hodgkin’s disease and 10 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes. The results showed that the Ki6 7 average mark index of 9 cases of mixed cell type Hodgkin’s disease was 8.4%, and 3 nodules were found. The sclerotic type was 4.5%, and reactive hyperplasia lymph nodes were 3.4%. Statistical analysis showed that there was a very significant difference in the Ki6 7 labeling index between the former two groups ((1 2 =2 15 .9, respectively). P<0.01 and χ22 = 6.92, P<0.01), and the mixed cell type was significantly higher than that of nodular sclerosis (χ32 = 49.8, P < 0.01). The Ki6 7 labeling index of lymphocytes in Chikun diseased tissues, especially mixed cell types, is significantly elevated, indicating that they may not be reactive lymphocytes.
