《幼儿园教育纲要》(试行草案)指明了我国幼儿教育工作前进的目标和方向,是幼儿园教育工作的根本依据,是衡量幼儿教育质量的统一标尺。我区幼师中心教研组从今年二月份以来,采用“先总后分,突出重点,联系实际,边学边行”的方法,组织全区幼儿教师认真学习《纲要》,并注意结合本单位具体情况逐步试行。我区幼儿教师通过学习《纲要》,从思想认识上到教育实践上开始克服幼儿教育小学化成人化的毛病。过去,我区不少幼儿班安排幼儿一日活动时,除了上课之外,就听任幼儿“放野马”。认为农村幼儿班没有午睡条件,只有多上点课才“看得住”
The “Kindergarten Education Program” (protocol draft) specifies the goals and directions for the advancement of early childhood education in China, is the fundamental basis for kindergarten education work, and is a unified yardstick for measuring the quality of early childhood education. Since February of this year, the teaching and research section of the District Teachers’ Training Center has adopted the method of “giving priority to the total points, highlighting the key points, linking with the actual situation, and learning while doing” to organize kindergarten teachers in the region to seriously study the “Outline” and pay attention to the specific combination of the specific units. The situation is gradually tested. The kindergarten teachers in our district started to overcome the problems of the adultization of primary school education by learning the “Outline” from ideological understanding to educational practice. In the past, when many kindergarten classes in our district arranged for day-to-day activities for children, they were allowed to “put wild horses” in addition to attending classes. It is believed that there are no siesta conditions in rural kindergartens, and only when they have more classes can they “see”.
