目的探讨血常规检测对地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血患者感染的临床诊断价值,为临床有效诊断贫血提供参考依据。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月在医院进行血常规检测的贫血合并感染患者共80例,将缺铁性贫血20例患者为试验一组,地中海贫血60例患者为试验二组,同期选取医院血常规检测的健康者40名为对照组;比较3组受试人员相关资料,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验一组患者中红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量及血红蛋白平均浓度分别为(3.12±0.58)×1012/L、(69.1±4.2)g/L、(256.3±1.2)g/L,试验验二组中红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血红蛋白平均浓度分别为(4.98±1.23)×1012/L、(92.3±3.7)g/L,(342.6±2.7)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验一组红细胞分布宽度比试验二组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者血常规检测在诊断及鉴别地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血合并感染时具有极其重要的临床意义,并且操作快速、简便,价廉,在临床上值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of routine blood tests in the diagnosis of thalassemia and iron-deficiency anemia in patients with clinical diagnosis, provide a reference for clinical diagnosis of anemia. Methods A total of 80 patients with anemia complicated with blood tests were selected from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital. Twenty patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as the test group, 60 patients with thalassemia as the second group, Forty healthy people were selected as the control group by routine blood routine examination. The data of three subjects were compared and the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results The erythrocyte count, the hemoglobin content and the average hemoglobin concentration in a group of patients were (3.12 ± 0.58) × 1012 / L, (69.1 ± 4.2) g / L and (256.3 ± 1.2) g / The counts of erythrocyte, hemoglobin and hemoglobin were (4.98 ± 1.23) × 1012 / L, (92.3 ± 3.7) g / L and (342.6 ± 2.7) g / L respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). A group of test erythrocyte distribution width than the second test group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The blood routine examination in patients with diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thalassemia, iron deficiency anemia complicated with infection has an extremely important clinical significance, and the operation is quick, simple, inexpensive, and worth promoting in the clinic.
