Observe the effect of Rosa laevigata and Radix sinensis on hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering and insulin content in experimental high-sugar high-fat rabbits. New Zealand big-eared white rabbits were fed with diets containing glycogen pellets (containing 37% sucrose, 10% lard, and 5% basal feed, referred to as glycolipid feed). In the normal group, 4 were fed normal feed; in the control group, 7 were fed glucolipid feed; in the treatment group, 7 glucolipid feeds were fed for 135 days, and the sugar and fat feed was added with 50 g (kg·d) of comfrey. 2 7g (kg·d), 2 5d for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses. Glucose oxidase method was used to detect glucose, triglyceride phosphatase method was used to detect triglyceride, and radioimmunoassay was used to measure insulin. Data were analyzed for variance using repeated measurement data using SPSS 10 .0 statistical software. Before the experiment, there was no difference in glucose, triglyceride and insulin. After feeding for 135 days, glucose and triglyceride were increased in the control group and the treatment group compared with the normal group (P < 0.05), and the change of insulin was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After treatment with Jinzaozi and Jiijinjin, the glucose and triglyceride levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in insulin (P > 0.05). . It is suggested that the effects of falling blood glucose and triglyceride on Rosa laevigata and chicken inner gold have no effect on the content of insulin.
