采用多种缺氧动物模型观察心脉灵对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。结果表明心脉灵可剂量依赖性地延长常压密闭缺氧小鼠存活时间,可明显延长亚硝酸钠中毒和利多卡因中毒小鼠存活时间,并可延长断头小鼠张口动作持续时间及增加张口次数。心脉灵的抗缺氧作用表现为减慢机体的耗氧速度及提高机体对低氧的利用能力
A variety of animal models of hypoxia were used to observe the effect of Xinmailing on the ability of mice to tolerate hypoxia.
