《中华人民共和国种子法》颁布实施6年来,我国的种子市场得以逐步规范,并迅速健康发展和繁荣起来,科技成果得以有效转化。2005～2006年,根据我们对宜宾市种子市场的检查结果统计,“两杂”种子品种多达100多个,当然这里的100多个品种并不是每一个名称就是一个品种,而是使用商品名称所致。种子商品名称给我国种业发展究竟有什么影响,有待进一步探究。1 种子商品名称的主要表现根据2005～2006年市场检查情况来看,主要表现为一个品种多个名称。例如:审定名为“豫玉18”的玉米种,商品名有“福地90”、“新玉2号”、“东单225”、“新世纪红河8号”、“先丰5号”、“涿单18”等;审定
