对硅橡胶绝热层所用功能填料—碳纤维的长径比、表面处理方法以及加入量进行了深入研究,通过一系列实验,确定本实验研究的硅橡胶绝热层中碳纤维最佳长径比为180,最合适加入量15%,最有效的表面处理方法是5%的WG乙醇溶液浸泡5h以上。并总结出碳纤维加入量对绝热层力学性能、烧蚀性能的影响规律。将该实验结果联合应用于绝热层配方,制做绝热层试验件,通过试验证明硅橡胶绝热层的力学性能、烧蚀性能得到了进一步优化,用试验肯定了研究结果的可靠性。
The length-diameter ratio, surface treatment method and adding amount of the functional filler-carbon fiber used for the insulation layer of silicone rubber were deeply studied. Through a series of experiments, the optimal aspect ratio of the carbon fiber in the silicone rubber thermal insulation layer was 180, The most suitable amount of 15%, the most effective surface treatment is 5% WG ethanol solution soak 5h above. And summed up the amount of carbon fiber insulation on the mechanical properties, ablation properties of the law. The experimental results were applied to the insulation layer formulation to make the insulation layer test pieces. The mechanical properties and ablation performance of the silicone rubber insulation layer were proved through experiments. The reliability of the research results was verified by experiments.
