目的探讨百令胶囊对桥本甲状腺炎患者自身免疫性抗体的影响。方法选取2015年11月至2016年11月丹东市中心医院诊治的桥本甲状腺炎患者96例为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组患者给予低碘饮食干预,研究组患者在低碘饮食干预的基础上加用百令胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺素水平变化及治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两照组患者的甲状腺球蛋白抗体及甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体水平组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗前后血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、促甲状腺素水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组患者的治疗有效率为41.7%,高于对照组的8.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊对桥本甲状腺炎患者自身免疫性抗体指标有正性影响,可有效改善其甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体水平,并改善甲状腺的自身免疫反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule on autoimmune antibodies in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods A total of 96 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis who were diagnosed and treated in Dandong Central Hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the control subjects and the study group, 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given low-iodine diet intervention. Patients in the study group were treated with Bailing capsule on the basis of low-iodine diet intervention. Thyroglobulin antibody, thyroid peroxidase antibody, serum free triiodothyronine Protamine, Free Thyroxine, Thyrotropin Levels and Treatment Effectiveness. Results Before treatment, the levels of thyroglobulin antibody and thyroid peroxidase antibody were not significantly different between two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, thyroglobulin antibody, thyroid Peroxidase antibody levels were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in serum free triiodothyronine, free thyroxine and thyroid stimulating hormone before and after treatment (P> 0.05). However, the effective rate of treatment in study group was 41.7% 8.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Bailing capsule has a positive effect on autoimmune antibody in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, which can effectively improve the thyroglobulin antibody, thyroid peroxidase antibody level and improve thyroid autoimmune reaction.
