目的探讨当归芍药散改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍及其机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素造模,实验分为空白对照组、模型组、盐酸多奈哌齐组、当归芍药散高、中、低剂量组,连续灌胃4周后,采用Morris水迷宫法进行行为学检测,测定海马组织NGFβ、BDNF、SOD、MDA及Ach E含量。结果与模型对照组比较,当归芍药散能够显著缩短大鼠Morris水迷宫到达站台时间;海马组织NGFβ、BDNF、SOD活性显著升高;海马组织MDA及Ach E含量明显降低。结论当归芍药散可改善糖尿病大鼠认知障碍,可能与其抗氧化及促进海马神经细胞生长有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Danggui Shaoyao San on cognitive impairment and its mechanism in diabetic rats. Methods Streptozotocin (STZ) was used to establish the model. The experiment was divided into blank control group, model group, donepezil hydrochloride group and Danggui Shaoyao San high, medium and low dose groups. After continuous gavage for 4 weeks, Morris water maze method The content of NGFβ, BDNF, SOD, MDA and Ach E in hippocampus were detected and measured. Results Compared with the model control group, Danggui Shaoyao San significantly shortened the arrival time of platform Morris water maze; the activities of NGFβ, BDNF and SOD in hippocampus were significantly increased; while the contents of MDA and Ach E in hippocampus were significantly decreased. Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao San can improve cognitive impairment in diabetic rats, which may be related to its anti-oxidation and promoting the growth of hippocampal neurons.
