目的探讨输尿管膨出病因、病理、临床表现及手术方案。方法选择经尿道电切术(TUR)治疗输尿管膨出。结果14例输尿管膨出患者均手术顺利,痊愈出院,随访3个月～5年,效果良好。结论TUR手术方式简单易行,手术效果好,不需要再作抗返流手术。
Objective To investigate the etiology, pathology, clinical manifestations and surgical treatment of ureteral bullae. Methods Transurethral resection of the ureter (TUR) was performed to treat ureteral bulging. Results 14 cases of ureteral bulging patients were successfully operated, discharged and cured, followed up for 3 months to 5 years, the effect is good. Conclusion The TUR procedure is simple and easy to operate, and it does not require anti-reflux surgery.
