为推动残疾人高等职业教育产教融合的深入开展,课题组对浙江省部分企业参与残疾人高等职业教育的现状进行了调查。结果发现被调查企业对残疾人高等职业教育人才培养模式均有较好的认知;主观上有良好的社会责任担当意识,但实际上因赢利与责任不匹配、缺乏法律约束而无合作的积极性。建议:通过政府完善相关的法律政策、引导构建现代学徒制培养体系、提高残疾人高等职业院校的服务能力等途径来激发企业参与残疾人高等职业教育的积极性。
In order to promote the integration of production and teaching of higher vocational education for disabled persons in depth, the research group investigated the status quo of some enterprises participating in the higher vocational education of disabled persons in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the surveyed enterprises have a better understanding of the training model of higher vocational education for the handicapped; subjectively have a good sense of social responsibility, but in fact there is no enthusiasm for cooperation due to mismatch between profitability and responsibility, lack of legal restraint . Suggestions: Through the government to improve the relevant laws and policies, guide the construction of modern apprenticeship system, improve the service ability of higher vocational colleges and other means to stimulate enterprises to participate in vocational training of disabled persons with enthusiasm.
