通过测试得到120 km.h-1重载货运机车牵引2万t组合列车时,中部从控机车车钩装置的动应力和纵向车钩力数据,对这些数据采用雨流计数法进行统计分析,获得了机车车钩装置的载荷谱(应力谱)。对车钩装置的载荷谱分布特征进行分析,确认车钩装置的载荷谱分布特征符合威布尔分布,由此获得车钩装置载荷谱的威布尔分布函数。试验和研究获得的机车车钩装置载荷谱及其分布函数可用于大功率机车车钩装置的结构可靠性设计及相关部件的可靠性评定。
Through the test, the dynamic stress and longitudinal coupler force data of the coupler-driven coupler at the middle locomotive when the 120 km.h-1 heavy-haul freight locomotive towed 20000 t combined train were statistically analyzed by using the rain flow counting method, Load Spectrum (Stress Spectrum) of Locomotive Coupler. The distribution characteristics of the load spectrum of the coupler are analyzed. It is confirmed that the distribution of the load spectrum of the coupler is in line with Weibull distribution, and the weibull distribution function of the load spectrum of the coupler is obtained. The load spectrum and its distribution function of locomotive coupler device obtained from experiment and research can be used for the structural reliability design of the coupler device of high power locomotive and the reliability assessment of relevant components.
