延安炼油厂40万吨/年重油催化裂化装置为高低并列式提升管催化裂化装置,当时采用了北京院开发的“预混合管”烧焦罐型高效再生工艺,来自反应器的待生催化剂与分别来自外取热器、二密的循环催化剂在预混合管底部相互混合,经与空气接触,立即开始烧焦,再通过烧焦罐分布板进入烧焦罐继续烧焦,最后粗旋分离来到二密烧20%的焦炭。近几年出现烧焦罐耐磨短管发生催化剂烧结堵塞,使得装置运行周期缩短到半年就得抢修,疏通耐磨短管,给装置平稳生产带来隐患。堵塞严重时四分之三的耐磨短管堵塞,造成流化困难,主风压力升高,无法维持生产。
