目的:观察加味半夏泻心汤(原方加元胡、丹参等)对动物胃粘膜损伤的影响;方法:采用大白鼠应激性溃疡模型,观察其溃疡指数;采用注射利血平同时口服0。02％氨冰的方法,模拟大白鼠脾虚型慢性胃炎,观察胃粘膜的病理改变;结果:加味半夏泻心汤可抗溃疡和减轻胃粘膜慢性炎症反应;结论:加味半夏泻心汤有保护胃粘膜屏障的功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction (Fangjiayuanhu, Salvia miltiorrhiza, etc.) on gastric mucosal injury in animals; Method: Using rat stress ulcer model to observe the ulcer index; Injecting reserpine while taking orally 0. 02% ammonia ice method simulates chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency type in rats and observes pathological changes of gastric mucosa; Result: Modified Pinellia Xiexin Decoction can resist ulcer and reduce chronic inflammatory response of gastric mucosa; Conclusion: Modified Pinellia diarrhea heart Soup has the function of protecting the gastric mucosal barrier.
