分析了铝合金和铜合金(铝-铜合金)异质材料自冲铆接头特征,并对接头进行了静力测试和疲劳测试,分别获得了表征接头性能的力-位移曲线和载荷-寿命曲线。研究了铝-铜合金自冲铆接头失效形式和各应力比R下的疲劳极限。分析并解释了裂纹萌生过程和扩展的实际路径。从断裂力学角度定义了接头疲劳裂纹扩展方式并讨论了裂纹扩展速率与应力强度因子幅值△K之间的关系,进而估算铝-铜合金自冲铆接头的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。该研究一定程度上能为自冲铆接头疲劳失效机理分析提供参考。
The characteristics of self-piercing and riveting joint of aluminum alloy and copper alloy (aluminum-copper alloy) heterogeneous material were analyzed, and the static and fatigue tests of the joint were carried out. The force-displacement curve and load-life curve . The failure modes of the self-piercing riveted joints of aluminum-copper alloy and the fatigue limit under each stress ratio R were studied. The actual path of crack initiation and propagation is analyzed and explained. From the point of view of fracture mechanics, the fatigue crack growth mode of joint is defined and the relationship between crack growth rate and the amplitude of stress intensity factor △ K is discussed. Then the fatigue crack growth life of self-piercing rivet joints of aluminum-copper alloy is estimated. To some extent, this study can provide a reference for the analysis of fatigue failure mechanism of self-piercing riveted joints.
