目的探讨实施家庭同步教育对慢性肾功能不全照顾者心理弹性及照顾负担的干预效果。方法研究对象选择长沙市某三级甲等医院肾内科住院的慢性肾功能不全家庭照顾者110例,将其随机分为实验组及对照组。其中对照组55例采取常规健康指导,实验组55例在常规健康指导的基础上,实施家庭同步教育。采用一般资料问卷、Conner-Davidson心理弹性量表及Zarit照顾者负担量表评价比较两组干预前后心理弹性及照顾负担情况。结果干预前两组心理弹性及照顾负担情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后实验组Conner-Davidson心理弹性量表总分(60.08±16.53)高于对照组(54.31±12.50),Zarit照顾者负担量表总分(30.15±13.77)低于对照组(35.78±12.08),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭同步教育能有效降低慢性肾功能不全照顾者的负性心理体验及照顾负担,提升其心理弹性水平,促进其积极应对,保障身心健康。
Objective To explore the effect of family synchronous education on psychological resilience and care burden of caregivers with chronic renal failure. Methods Subjects 110 cases of chronic renal insufficiency family caregivers hospitalized in Department of Nephrology, Third-class Hospital of Changsha were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Among them, 55 cases in the control group took routine health guidance, and 55 cases in the experimental group implemented home-based synchronous education on the basis of routine health guidance. The general information questionnaire, Conner-Davidson psychometric elasticity scale and Zarit caregiver burden scale were used to evaluate the psychological resilience and care burden before and after the intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the psychological resilience and care burden between the two groups (P> 0.05). After intervention, the Conner-Davidson Scale of Mental Health Scale (60.08 ± 16.53) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (54.31 ± 12.50), while the Zarit Caregivers’ Burden Scale (30.15 ± 13.77) was lower than the control group (35.78 ± 12.08) , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Home-based synchronous education can effectively reduce the negative psychological experience and care burden of caregivers with chronic renal insufficiency, enhance their psychological resilience, and promote their positive response to protect their physical and mental health.
