长期以来,我国尚无谈判人才培养存在着“三类、四化”状况,即:学外语不会讲话,学经管不会做商务谈判方案;学了商务模型却不会买菜。课程设置非专业化,教师匮乏化,教学模式传统化,模拟商务谈判比赛辩论化。为了改善这种状况,本文以江西外语外贸职业学院为例主要研究《涉外商务谈判》课程在高职实践教学中的教学方法,以寻求更适用于书面谈判和口头谈判的实践教学的教学方法,希望能对《涉外商务谈判》课程实践教学有所帮助,也希望能改善“三类、四化”状况。
For a long time, there are still no “three types and four levels” conditions in the training of bargaining talents in our country. That is, we can not speak foreign languages and learn to manage business negotiations. We can learn business models but not grocery shopping. Nonprofessionalization of curriculum, lack of teachers, teaching model of traditional, simulated business negotiations debate debate. In order to improve this situation, this article takes Jiangxi Foreign Language and Trade Polytechnic as an example to mainly study the teaching methods of “Foreign Business Negotiation” course in practical teaching of higher vocational education in order to find a teaching method that is more suitable for practical teaching of written negotiation and verbal negotiation, Hoping to help practice teaching “Foreign Business Negotiation” courses and hope to improve the status of “three categories and four modernizations.”
