洪湖油田属于复杂断块油藏,具有构造破碎、含油面积小等特点。自2007年二次开发,油田水驱控制、动用程度明显提高。但由于层间矛盾突出,导致层间干扰严重、储量动用不均。基于对洪湖油田开发状况认识,改变目前油田开发策略,以早期的逐层上返的开发方式转变为细分层系开发方式,以油砂体为单位,分区治理,形成单独层系的有效注采井网。
