目的:通过对贵州省碘缺乏病(IDD)健康教育与健康促进现况进行分析,探讨适合我省实际情况的IDD健康教育与健康促进的模式与对策。方法:按照《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》,2010年在全省88个县采用随机抽样方法抽取9个县进行抽查评估。结果:9个县能按项目要求开展健教活动;五年级学生IDD防治知识知晓率均在80%以上;对人体缺碘的最主要危害认识稍有欠缺,平均值为86.52%,平坝县仅为52.67%、福泉市为72.67%。结论:通过健教干预,学生IDD防治知识知晓率得到提高,“小手牵大手”的社会实践活动促进该项目的开展;但是也存在一些薄弱环节,学生对IDD的最大的危害——智力的损伤认识不足,提示今后在健康教育与健康促进工作中,要有重点、有针对性。
Objective: To analyze the status of IDD health education and health promotion in Guizhou Province, and to explore IDD health education and health promotion modes and countermeasures that are suitable for the actual situation in our province. Methods: According to “to achieve the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders county appraisal assessment program”, in 2010 in 88 counties in the province using random sampling method to select nine counties to conduct random assessment. Results: Nine counties were able to carry out health education activities according to the project requirements. The awareness rate of prevention and treatment of IDD among fifth grade students was over 80%. The most important hazard to human iodine deficiency was a little lacking, with an average of 86.52%. Pingba County 52.67%, Fuquan City was 72.67%. Conclusion: Through the intervention of health education and education, the awareness rate of prevention and treatment of IDD is raised, and the social practice of “little hand holding big hand” promotes the project.
