目的建立甲亢大鼠模型,探讨在高骨状态下正畸牙移动对甲状腺激素的影响。方法选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机抽取10只按1ml/100g体重每天蒸馏水灌胃为正常对照组,余40只用等量优甲乐灌注胃建甲亢大鼠模型,28d建模成功,随后分为甲亢0、7、14、21、28d组,每组10只检测T3、T4、TSH。结果所有甲亢大鼠的T3、T4、TSH在正畸牙齿移动以后均稍有升高,其中以7d组升高最为明显,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论①甲亢大鼠在正畸牙移动过程中有骨质疏松倾向,正畸牙移动治疗应使用轻力。②在正畸牙移动过程中,甲亢大鼠的甲状腺激素水平变化幅度小,提示短期正畸牙移动治疗对甲状腺激素水平无明显影响。
Objective To establish a rat model of hyperthyroidism and investigate the effect of orthodontic tooth movement on thyroid hormone in high bone state. Methods Fifty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly selected. Ten rats were randomly divided into normal control group and distilled water (1ml / 100g body weight per day). The rats in the other 40 rats were injected with the same amount of Euthyrox, Then divided into hyperthyroidism 0,7,14,21,28 d group, each group of 10 test T3, T4, TSH. Results T3, T4 and TSH in all hyperthyroid rats increased slightly after orthodontic tooth movement, and the most obvious increase was seen in 7d group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions ① hyperthyroidism in rats during orthodontic tooth movement tendency of osteoporosis, orthodontic tooth movement should use light. ② In the process of orthodontic tooth movement, the thyroid hormone level in hyperthyroid rats was small, suggesting that short-term orthodontic tooth movement had no significant effect on thyroid hormone levels.
