观察粒细胞集落刺激因子 ( G- CSF)对联合化疗的 5 5例肺癌患者的骨髓保护作用。其中小细胞肺癌 15例 ,非小细胞肺癌 40例。分为三组 :A组未用 G- CSF,B组在出现 °或 °度骨髓抑制时使用 G- CSF,C组于化疗结束后 48h使用。结果为 A组多数患者推迟化疗 ,A、 B两组细菌感染率均高于 C组。提示 G- CSF在肺癌化疗中具有骨髓保护作用 ,能减少感染发生 ,并确保化疗如期进行。化疗后 48h使用 G- CSF效果更佳。
Observe the myeloprotective effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) on 55 patients with lung cancer combined with chemotherapy. There were 15 cases of small cell lung cancer and 40 cases of non-small cell lung cancer. They were divided into three groups: Group A did not use G-CSF, Group B used G-CSF in the presence of bone marrow suppression of degrees or degrees, and Group C was used 48 hours after the end of chemotherapy. The result was that most patients in group A had delayed chemotherapy, and the bacterial infection rates in groups A and B were higher than those in group C.
