一、前言本文作者前曾发现,含Au约50%的Pd-Au合金经施加适当的热处理和冷加工,在常温下具有艾林瓦特性。这种合金定名为“Pallagold”。这种合金除有恒弹性外还具有无磁性、耐腐蚀等优点,但另一方面尚有弹性模量和硬度均较低的缺点。为了弥补这些缺点,作者选取Pd-45%Au、Pd-50%Au和Pd-55%Au三种合金,研究了在合金中添加各种不同的元素对其性能所产生的影响。兹将研究结果阐述如下。
I. Preface The author of this paper has found out that the Pd-Au alloy containing about 50% Au has appropriate Alireva property at normal temperature by applying proper heat treatment and cold working. This alloy is named “Pallagold”. In addition to this alloy has a constant elasticity of non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, etc., but on the other hand there are still low elastic modulus and hardness of the shortcomings. In order to remedy these shortcomings, the authors selected three types of Pd-45% Au, Pd-50% Au and Pd-55% Au alloys to study the effects of adding various elements to the alloy’s properties. The research results are set out below.
