根据油田生产经营实际状况，在国家计委技术经济所的指导下，对建立关于石油工业企业经济增长方式转变状况的评价指标问题进行初步探讨。详细分析了设置衡量企业经济增长方式的类型、转变速度、转变程度和转变效果等指标体系的经济意义，并运用这些指标对辽河油田进行了综合评价，取得了较为符合实际的结果。
According to the actual situation of oilfield production and management, under the guidance of the State Economic Planning and Development Commission, a preliminary discussion on the establishment of an evaluation index on the transformation of the economic growth mode of petroleum industry enterprises was conducted. The paper analyzes in detail the economic significance of setting the index system of measuring the type, speed of transformation, degree of transformation and effect of transformation of the economic growth mode of an enterprise, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the Liaohe Oilfield using these indexes and obtains more realistic results.
