在人体内,红细胞具有能够通过小于其自身直径的毛细血管的能力即变形能力,乃是微循环和组织间氧气交换赖以正常进行的必需条件。黄芪属理气类中草药,为了探讨它的“理气”和“益气”功效,我们从药物对红细胞变形能力作用机理方面设计以下三个体外实验:第一,观察在人为因素损伤红细胞变形能力过程中,黄芪是否具有保护作用?第二,观察黄芪对病理的即变形能力低下的红细胞是否具有修复作用?第三,观察黄芪对体外进行长时间自然孵化的红细胞变形能力,是否具有“延年益寿”作用?本组实验观察得到了理想的结论,现报道如下。材料和方法一.实验对象:正常红细胞为从正常献血员的血样中分离。病理红细胞为中山医院皮肤科提供的系统性红斑狼疮患者的血样。

Subject: Normal red blood cells were isolated from blood samples from normal blood donors. Pathological RBCs are blood samples from patients with systemic lupus erythematosus provided by the Department of Dermatology, Zhongshan Hospital.
