师生关系的和谐满意度建设不仅表现为师生的互动关系,还在一定程度上受到客观环境的影响。本文在解析高职院校师生关系和谐满意度建设中,集主观与客观为一体,以基本的人际关系为依据,从各个角度展开了对高职院校师生关系和谐满意度建设的理论思考,从师生情感的互通、互相监督共同学习发展等几个层面探讨了应该如何构建和谐满意的师生关系。
The construction of harmonious satisfaction between teachers and students is not only reflected in the interactive relationship between teachers and students, but also to some extent influenced by the objective environment.
