为了解新课改下大学生学习适应状况,探究其与人格特质的关系,分别测试山西某高校一至三年级406位学生的学习适应性得分与他们的人格特质倾向。数据处理结果发现,课程改革背景下的大学生学习适应性得分略高于非课程改革背景下的学生,课程改革对提升大学生总体学习适应性有积极作用;责任意识、亲和、外向特质三种人格因素与课程改革趋势下的适应状况呈显著正相关;情绪性与课程改革趋势下的适应状况呈显著负相关。
In order to understand the undergraduates ’learning adaptability under the New Curriculum Reform and explore their relationship with personality traits, this study tested 406 students’ learning adaptability scores and their personality traits in the first grade to the third grade of a university in Shanxi. The result of data processing shows that under the background of curriculum reform, college students’ learning adaptability score is slightly higher than that of non-curriculum reform students. Curriculum reform plays a positive role in enhancing the overall learning adaptability of college students. Responsibility, affinity and extroverted personality There was a significant positive correlation between the factors and the state of adaptation under the trend of curriculum reform. There was a significant negative correlation between the emotion and the state of adaptation under the trend of curriculum reform.
