预激综合征又称Wolff-Parkinson-White(WPW)综合征,是心房肌通过异常旁路预先激动心室肌而造成以室上性心动过速为主的心律失常综合征.目前,它引起的猝死所带来的危害已逐渐被认识,当WPW综合征合并其他心脏疾病时,患者发生猝死的危险大大增加.所以深入了解其发生机制并明确危险因素将有效预防猝死发生.
