运用适当形式的光瞳滤波器(变迹术)可以改变成像系统点振幅响应的分布,使其具有类似于冲击函数(Dirac-delta函数)的形式,这样就有可能实现光学超分辨,但变迹术的运用往往会因其强烈的旁瓣效应而导致成像系统对比度的急剧下降。本文提出的共焦型超分辨方案则能有效地抑制上述旁瓣。此外,本文还进一步提出了实现三维光学超分辨的理论框架。
Using a suitable form of pupil filter (apodization), the distribution of the amplitude response of the imaging system can be changed to have a form similar to the impact function (Dirac-delta function), which makes it possible to achieve optical super-resolution, The use of the trace often results in a sharp drop in the contrast of the imaging system due to its strong side lobe effect. The proposed confocal super-resolution scheme can effectively suppress the above sidelobes. In addition, this article further proposed to achieve three-dimensional optical super-resolution theoretical framework.
