一、引言本文涉及的论题包括:(1)染色体突变对人类发病率和死亡率的实际贡献是什么?(2)是否值得化费很大努力使之减少,或至少不让它再增加?(3)近年来污染物的增加事实上是否也伴随着人类染色体突变率的增加?(4)在将来环境污染物的增加能否伴随人类染色体突变率的增加?如果是这样,那末应该如何预防,或至少尽快地予以察觉? 突变率通常是指每代每个配子中事件发生的频率,可是在人类无从直接确知这些事
I. INTRODUCTION The topics covered in this article include: (1) What is the actual contribution of chromosomal mutations to human morbidity and mortality? (2) Is it worth the effort to reduce it, or at least not allow it to increase? 3) Has the increase of pollutants actually been accompanied by an increase in the mutation rate of human chromosomes in recent years? (4) Will the increase of environmental pollutants accompany the increase of human chromosome mutation rates in the future? If so, how should we prevent, Or at least as soon as possible?
