本文通过对东北空管局人性化管理的学习来研究我国民航空管局对各自员工的人性化管理;旨在提高员工的工作能力,处理好上下级关系,为我国民航事业的发展做好基础工作;通过对目前管理的分析,找出不足加以修正,用先进的管理经验来提高现阶段的管理工作。
This article studies the humanized management of our own civil aviation administration through the study of humane management of northeast air traffic control bureau. It aims at improving the working ability of employees, handling the superior and subordinate relations and building a good foundation for the development of civil aviation in our country Work; through the analysis of the current management, find out the deficiencies to be amended, with advanced management experience to improve the management at this stage.
