结合烧结综合质量机尾断面图像智能检测系统的研究，提出了一种烧结生产实时专家指导系统的组成和实现方法。该专家系统分为基础自动化和过程自动化两部分，系统的知识表示方法和推理机算法采用模糊逻辑推理技术实现。
Combining with the research on intelligent detection system of tail end section image of sintering integrated quality, a real-time expert guidance system for sintering production is proposed. The expert system is divided into two parts: basic automation and process automation. The system of knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm is implemented by fuzzy logic inference technology.
