钻孔实施到位是煤矿防突工作的基础。但在湖南袁家矿区松软煤层施钻时,由于喷孔导致钻孔缩颈堵孔卡钻,电煤钻孔深一般只能达到6~7 m,而大功率液压钻则只能达到4~5 m。针对这一问题,研制出拖动式下套方式,采用在严重喷孔区段施钻的套管跟进成孔法。其特点是套管与钻杆同时钻进。以黄牛岭矿业有限公司应用为例,分别阐述(钻进、下套钻进和退钻留套)3道工序操作要点及其应用效果。
