根据 Rutter 行为问题问卷,对检出的行为问题儿童日本27名,中国39名及南朝鲜87名进行脑电图分析,并以各自国家匹配的正常儿童日本30名,中国27名,南朝鲜26名脑电图作对照比较。在各自国家中,两组间脑电图均未见显著差异;而在精神科诊断为注意力缺损伴多动(ADD-H)儿童日本21例,中国41例,南朝鲜29例与正常儿童、行为问题儿童脑电图相比较,各个国家中均有显著性差异。日本和中国资料表明,ADD-H 儿童脑电图峰频移向慢频率带;其它若干慢波指标在三个国家均比各自的对照组高。提示注意力缺损伴多动与生物功能异常有关。
According to Rutter behavioral questionnaire, 27 children with behavioral problems in Japan, 39 in China and 87 in South Korea were analyzed by EEG and 30 were matched with normal children in their respective countries in Japan, 27 in China, 26 in South Korea EEG comparison for comparison. There were no significant differences in EEG between the two groups in their respective countries; whereas in psychiatric diagnoses, 21 were ADD-H children in Japan, 41 in China and 29 in South Korea compared with normal children , Behavioral problems in children compared with EEG, all countries have significant differences. Data from Japan and China indicate that the peak frequency of EEG shifts in ADD-H children shifts to the slow frequency band; several other slow wave indicators are higher in each of the three countries than their respective controls.
