目的计算药物溶出度Weibull分布参数。方法用Origin软件自身具备的非线性拟合工具处理药物溶出数据,对药物的溶出数据进行Weibull拟合,得出拟合的Weibull溶出曲线和相关的分布参数。结果所得的参数为xc=15.115 1,k=0.012 00,d=0.990 9,即τ=xc=15.115 1,t0=k-d=80.381 4,m=d=0.990 9,与SPSS方法的拟合结果相近。结论该方法操作简单、方便、自动化,适合广大药学工作者对药物溶出度Weibull分布的计算。
Objective To calculate the Weibull distribution parameters of drug dissolution. Methods Dissolution data were processed with the nonlinear fitting tool of Origin software. Weibull fitting was performed on the dissolution data of the drug to obtain the fitted Weibull dissolution curve and related distribution parameters. The resulting parameters are xc = 15.115 1, k = 0.012 00, d = 0.990 9, ie τ = xc = 15.115 1, t0 = kd = 80.381 4, m = d = 0.990 9, which is similar to the SPSS method . Conclusion The method is simple, convenient and automated, which is suitable for the calculation of Weibull distribution of drug dissolution in the majority of pharmacy workers.
