针对在段修及改造过程中频繁发现制动杠杆错装的现象,结合现场作业实际情况,对其错装原因进行分析。同时从理论数据将原装杠杆形成的闸瓦压力与错装杠杆形成的闸瓦压力进行对比,直观的反映出错装制动杠杆对全车制动所带来的安全隐患,提出了改进办法及加强措施。
