现有研究主要从理论层面说明企业人力资源策略对技术创新的作用,大多没有涉及到知识创造活动,并且对人力资源管理策略对技术创新能力作用机制缺乏认识。文章从人力资源管理策略的三个维度出发,考虑知识创造活动的中介作用,从而揭示了企业人力资源管理策略影响技术创新能力的作用机制。研究结论对中小企业有效加强人力资源管理、提升企业技术创新能力具有一定的指导作用。
The existing researches mainly explain the function of human resource strategy of enterprises on technological innovation from the theoretical level, most of them do not involve knowledge creation activities, and lack of understanding of the mechanism of human resource management strategies on the mechanism of technological innovation capability. Starting from the three dimensions of human resource management strategy, the article considers the intermediary role of knowledge creation activities, revealing the mechanism of human resource management strategies affecting the capability of technological innovation. The conclusions of the study have a guiding role for SMEs to effectively strengthen human resources management and enhance their capability of technological innovation.
