本文工作利用计算机、工控机、自身给药实验设备构成了一套自身给药实验系统,实现了自身给药实验的自动化控制,建立了6种评价药物依赖性实验动物模型。全部实验过程采用计算机实时监控,科研人员设定参数,工控机24 h连续控制。实验数据的采集、处理、入库及图表输出全部程序化。辅助视频监视系统可记录实验动物操作行为的图象资料。自身给药系统的建立为药物精神依赖性潜力的定性和定量分析评价提供了完善的科研手段。
In this work, a set of self-administered experimental system was constructed by using computer, industrial computer and self-administered experimental equipment, which realized the automatic control of self-administered experiment and established six experimental animal models to evaluate drug dependence. All experimental process using computer real-time monitoring, scientific research personnel set parameters, IPC 24 h continuous control. Experimental data collection, processing, storage and chart output all procedures. Auxiliary video surveillance system can record the behavior of experimental animals, image data. The establishment of its own drug delivery system provides a perfect scientific research method for the qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation of the drug-dependent potential of drugs.
