目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患者血脂及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)变化的临床意义。方法用酶学法动态检测68例AL患者化疗前、完全缓解期的空腹晨血血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)和载脂蛋白B(APOB),LDH。结果化疗前组TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,APOA1,APOB比对照组和完全缓解组明显降低(P<0.05),而LDH和TG则比对照组和完全缓解组明显升高(P<0.05)。完全缓解组7项指标与对照组相比无差异,若复发则再次出现上述改变。急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)与急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)血脂及乳酸脱氢酶水平无差别。结论动态监测AL的血脂及乳酸脱氢酶水平有助于判断其疗效和预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum lipids and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in patients with acute leukemia (AL). Methods The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in 68 patients with AL before and after complete remission were measured by enzyme- Triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1) and apolipoprotein B (APOB), LDH. Results Compared with control group and complete remission group, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, APOA1 and APOB in chemotherapy group were significantly lower than those in control group and complete remission group (P < 0.05). The complete remission group of 7 indicators no difference compared with the control group, if the recurrence of recurrence of these changes again. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) serum lipids and lactate dehydrogenase levels no difference. Conclusions The dynamic monitoring of AL in blood lipids and lactate dehydrogenase levels help to determine the efficacy and prognosis.
