目的探讨早期微量喂养对低出生体重儿喂养耐受性的治疗效果。方法 48例低出生体重儿采用在静脉营养基础上加早期微量喂养(早期微量喂养组),于出生后6~12h开奶,按微量喂养从0.5~4.0ml·kg-1·d-1开始;常规喂养组44例采用在静脉营养基础上,于生后48~72h或病情稳定后开奶,奶量从10~20ml·kg-1·d-1开始,并对2组患儿喂养不耐受发生率指标进行比较。结果早期微量喂养组喂养不耐受发生率明显低于常规喂养组(P<0.05)。结论早期微量喂养能刺激胃肠道的生长发育并促进胃肠功能成熟,减少可能发生的喂养问题,改变单一静脉营养的依赖性,较快地达到全胃肠道喂养。
Objective To investigate the effect of early micronutrient feeding on the feeding tolerance of low birth weight infants. Methods 48 low birth weight infants were fed with early micronutrients (early micronutrients) on the basis of intravenous nutrition. Milk was obtained 6-12 hours after birth and started from 0.5-4.0 ml · kg -1 · d -1 ; Routine feeding group of 44 patients on the basis of intravenous nutrition, 48 ~ 72h after birth or stable condition after opening milk, milk volume from 10 ~ 20ml · kg-1 · d-1 start, and the two groups of children fed not Tolerance indicators were compared. Results The incidence of feeding intolerance in early micronutrition group was significantly lower than that in routine feeding group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early micronutrient feeding can stimulate the growth and development of the gastrointestinal tract and promote gastrointestinal maturity, reduce possible feeding problems, change the dependence of single parenteral nutrition, and achieve total gastrointestinal feeding more quickly.
