改革开放以来，我国工人阶级发挥了重要的历史作用，职工队伍不断壮大。同时，也存在职工组成结构发生变化；职工弱者地位进一步显现；城市贫困职工越来越多；职工思想文化素质尚有待提高等现象。客观认识我国现阶段职工队伍基本状况，有着重要意义。 Since the reform and opening up, the working class in our country has played an important historical role and the workforce has grown continuously.
