Recently, two national standards of “Technical Specifications for Tremella Genus” and “Technical Specifications for Tremella Production” were drafted jointly by the Fujian Gutian Edible Mushroom Industry Management Bureau and the Fungal Research Center of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. It is understood that two criteria were Tremella fungus species and white fungus facilities, production processes and harvest management, and other specific requirements and technical content
