中长距离游泳运动员要想在比赛中取得好成绩,就必须具备良好的无氧耐力和有氧耐力。特别是有氧耐力素质,对于提高运动员的成绩是很重要的。了解运动员无氧阈值水平,采用血乳酸无氧阈值合理的安排有氧训练和无氧训练的比重,对于提高运动员的成绩具有重要意义。许多学者研究了成人运动员的无氧阈值,认为是36mg%。1985年石河等报导少年无氧阈值是34.56mg%。目前,对于无氧阈阶段的变化正引起人们的注意。如果能够结合运动现场,并对训练阶段无氧阈值变化,进行较长时间的跟踪观察,了解无氧阈值及训练阶段的变化。对于鉴定运动员有氧能力,合理安排有氧训练比重,提高运动成绩将是有益的。
Long-distance swimmers in order to get good results in the competition, we must have good aerobic endurance and aerobic endurance.
