Inspired by the school-running philosophy of “teaching is the foundation of establishing a university and research is the foundation of a strong university”, teachers of our institute make great efforts in researching and making progress in teaching and scientific research. In early 2002, another two monographs were published. First, the “scientific overview and scientific method” (edited by Wang Libang, Guizhou Education Press published in April 2002, ISBN7-80650-272-6) This book by the Department of Physics Professor Wang L 邦 alone editing. Professor Wang has been engaged in the theoretical physics teaching and scientific methodology research for many years. He has published over 40 academic papers and has published 1 monograph. He has also served as the editor of the Ministry of Education and the National Committee for Discipline Inspection, Attitude and culture
