通过对中硅耐热球铁氢含量的化学分析,用离子探针测定氢的微区分布,初步证实中硅耐热球铁中存在一定数量的氢,且易在含Si量高的部位富集,并由此引起氢脆,对氢在α-Fe中的固溶机制做了简要的推论,并提出预防或减轻中硅耐热球铁氢脆的途径.
Through the chemical analysis of the content of hydrogen in the heat-resisting midium-silicon ball, the micro-distribution of hydrogen was determined by the ion probe. It was initially confirmed that there was a certain amount of hydrogen in the heat- Set, and thus cause hydrogen embrittlement, make a brief inference about the solution mechanism of hydrogen in α-Fe, and propose ways to prevent or reduce the iron-hydrogen embrittlement in heat-resistant ductile iron.
